Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization number (RAN) within 24-48 hours.
  3. Pack Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging along with the return authorization number.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
